hangers & other randomness

Whoever's idea it was to stop selling blue & peach hangers at Walmart and Target is not cool. At all.

Yesterday I partook on a journey to conquer the laundry room (those of you who've seen it before know what I mean), & I had the amazing idea of giving each person their own hanger color so things will be all neat & organized, cuz I'm cool like that. One problem though. I'm only like 2/3 done, & I ran out of blue & peach hangers. So I went to Target to pick some up real quick & they didn't have any!! All they had was lame white. So then I went to Walmart, & they just had white, black & ugly green! I was devastated. I really don't know what to do now. I mean ya, we have hangers I can use, but they can't have hangers that aren't all the same! Ugh. My whole exciting plan is ruined. So if any of you know where to get blue & peach hangers, let me know ASAP!Something else that bugs me which is totally unrelated to hangers is how when you fill up with gas, it's pretty much impossible to make it to the exact dollar! Unless you pay inside, which I'm much too lazy to do. But no matter how hard I try to make it exactly $10, or $15, or however much I want to spend, I can't. I even try to time it exactly right & let go at 9.50, but I'm not lucky enough. It's kinda like that game at Peter Piper with the jackpot.

Anyways.

So, this is also unrelated to anything, but I have to post it cuz it makes me laugh/scared. Buster was laying on a laundry pile & when I looked at him I saw his tongue was stuck sticking out partially, and I thought it was pretty much the cutest thing ever so I ran to grab my camera. Well, I guess when I took the picture I took it too close to him since I had the flash on, & this is how the picture turned out:

Poor little guy. He looks like a demon dog. & I probably blinded him. The paw makes me laugh too, it's like his evil claw. Haha, man.

Today I looked through some of the pictures I have saved to my computer, & wow. It brought back memories. So I thought I'd share some of the ones I thought were funniest/craziest/cutest/made me laugh when I saw them. (beware, they're not very flattering). Here's my trip down memory lane:

Last year for Halloween I was an 80's chick. I was sportin' the brown hair back then & was actually able to pull off bangs. Too bad the picture doesn't show the bright orange leotard & hot pink shoes!

#2I think this was one of the funnest days in dance. Taking pictures for an hour while laying on the ground & laughing hysterically = much fun in my book.

These are some of the kids I taught in the first primary class I had, & this is the last day I taught them. They were soooo cute, but very hard to teach. I didn't tell them to go under the desk, they just decided to while I was teaching. So I said what the heck, I'll just take pictures the rest of the time.

Isn't that costume just the hottest thing you've ever seen?? This was right before we went on stage. It was such a cool dance too! Allegria!

As junior staff for girl's camp we did welcoming skits, & I was Captain Jack Sparrow for one of them. I don't even remember the skit, I just remember I was one awesome pirate.

Kim was doing a project about Don Juan for English, so I stepped up with my acting skills & helped out. Dressing up is fun.

I went with my sister Kim to her friend's wedding in Utah, & this is her friend's new step-daughter. She's pretty much the cutest girl ever.

You know how magazines have hair tips & things like that to try out? Well when I was in California with Virginia I decided to try one out, & this was me in the process of it. It was supposed to make my hair all curly, but it most definitely did not work.

my life is boring. what can I say

1 month & 3 days.
That's how long I had to wear this nasty wristband. A very important FYI: never make bets with someone without actually thinking about how long they may go for, especially if the two people making the bet are extremely stubborn. But hey, I won! So that's all the matters!

Oh, another FYI: never have two very tasty cakes at your house where only 3 people live, unless you plan on getting quite large. All I ate yesterday was cake, more cake, dr. pepper, bread & candy. & Today, so far I've had corn pops, and more cake.

I wish I had more exciting news to share, but like I said, my life is boring.

Oh wait! My laptop is already dead, so I'm gonna have to take it in to fix it. It freezes randomly, restarts, & then says operating system not found. How could the operating system not be found?? So then I just wait til the battery dies, plug it in, & then it works again. So I dunno what's going on.
